All the teacher trainees should work according to the time table.

After waking up at 5.00 a.m. tie up the mosquito net, arrange the bed in order, clean & tidy the dormitory.
Dormitory keys should be handed over the hostel superintendent by the dormitory leader before leaving for academic work.
Teacher trainees are not permitted to stay in the hostels during academic & co-curricular hours.
Teacher trainees must always be dressed in neat & clean clothes.
During academic hours the recommended uniform should be dressed by all trainees. (Female - white saree , Male - white trousers and shirts)
Female trainees should tie their hair up into a knot & male trainees are not allowed to grow their beard or moustache..
The specified dress should be worn for co-curricular activities. (Female - blue skirt & white T-shirt , Male - plain shirt & black trousers)
Wear a suitable dress for the dormitory. Do not be dressed indecent clothes.
Keep the dormitories & classroom clean & tidy. All teacher trainees are responsible for keeping the environment clean in the collage.
Hostels or library can be used for self studies. Do not loiter in the premises or the canteen unnecessarily.
When fall in sick , inform the sick attendant. If a teacher trainee cannot participate in academic work inform the hostel superintendent & stay in the sick room.
Teacher trainees are allowed to meet visitors only on Sundays from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. You must meet them in the places reserved.
Teacher trainees are not permitted to go out of the college without written permission from the authorities. If when a teacher trainee goes out, he or she has to be back by 6.00 p.m. & late comers are not admitted.
Teacher trainees are not permitted to go outside to have a bath.
Smoking & having liquor is prohibited in the college.
Maintain discipline inside the college premises. Do make unnecessary noises.
Teacher trainees have always to be punctual.
Teacher trainees are being trained to become a member of a respected profession. Therefore, they have to be disciplined in every aspect of their behaviour.
